It sounds to me like Arkansas didn't want to pay to incarcerate the sludge for the felonies he had already committed before he became the cop murderer.

Also sounds to me like WA State didn't either, and between the two states, they found the loophole both wanted. Neither State wanted to be responsible for the jerk, nor paying for him for the rest of his days.

As far as I'm concerned, the Judges who made the decisions NOT to keep him in jail are the ultimate cause of the murders of four police. These Judges have also altered in a very large way the four involved families, including NINE children.

These PC Judges have not only shattered families, but they have definitely made the citizenry less safe. We've got to wonder how many other such felons are walking the streets because of situations noted in the ST article….and what kind of crimes will they commit.
