I don't know how far in advance those wanting to sell restricted stock must file 144's but it wouldn't suprise me if we see some filings for Oct-Dec sales. The 144 in no way obligates them to sell and in the hope of good news on the development contracts the company has in work - I'm looking for a price increase in the Oct-Dec timeframe. Some of those holders might want to take some profits at that point in time.
