Under "Privacy", where do you think the best level is to set the slide - medium, medium high, etc?

That's something that will be different for each user. I keep mine set to medium. I want the sites that I visit to remember me so I don't have to log in at each one. To thwart data miners I run spybot, adaware, and pest patrol weekly. Takes about 10 minutes to remove any bad cookies that have crept onto my HD. I don't consider cookies a danger, just an annoyance.

People that don't want to be tracked at all should set their privacy level to the highest. As you move the slider up and down, the interface on the privacy tab will tell you what is allowed and not allowed at each setting.
