If you've held TTN for that long I'm sure you're more knowledgeable about both Titan and Sure than I am. I held Titan for a brief while last fall as a play on the irradiation of the mails, but took profits when that business began to look less likely. I tried to short SURE during that time, as a play on the "free shares" coming to TTN shareholders from the SURE spin-off, but my broker couldn't find any shares to give me because everyone else apparently had the same idea. While I agree that SURE has a good business (ebeaming food, not mail) and good long-term prospects, it seems to me that the near and medium-term prospects for the stock are not good. IMO the likelihood of continued price erosion of the underlying more than offsets the income provided by the calls. Plus, the remote but still real possibility of a big USPS order could cause the stock to jump, with potentially serious consequences for the call writer. Finally,I don't know how the distribution of the new shares will affect future stock and options pricing, but I would expect them to be dramatically dillutive -- although that is I guess not a concern if you are only writing very near-term calls.

But, WDIK? Best of luck with it, and with Titan. I love TTN's business model, but I think they have execution issues -- stodgy def contractor culture vs. the need to be nimble & entrepreneural to commericalize the products. I hope they can pull it off.
