Ramsey: No, I'm dead serious. The LS-120 is not manufacturable today for $200. If it were, they would be shipping them in quantity.

On your other point I agree completely. We should be doing marketplace surveys.

I have asked for LS-120 sitings numerous times. And I am asking again. Has anyone seen a Compaq computer in a retail store with an LS-120? Were they in stock, or just a demo unit? Are they available to corporate customers?

I have read only one report of an LS-120 in a store, and it was from an unreliable source. No one has ever confirmed a sighting.

Do not be fooled. I am not saying that MKE cannot make samples. Compaq can show thos samples at trade shows, and even ship some to big customers. I want to know when they can begin volume shipments.
