I concur heartily. It is hard to believe things could get any better. Many conservative pundits, ala Byron Wein don't see any clouds on the horizon until next year. He believes that if the long bond drops down to 5 3/4, stocks will be fairly valued from being 10%-15% overvalued now.

However, I believe INTC is relatively undervalued compared to many other stocks and will not sell any of that position.
