Lucius-- People usually don't buy the best deal. Even if there isn't a lot of difference between the PII233 and the PII300 (or whatever), Americans will buy the 300 cause they want the BEST. Feels good to have the fastest, even if you're just writing letters. Same thing with muscle cars and 4x4s. Can't use the features but feels good to have 'em-- Brand's important too. the "intel inside" campaign is very important.
