I had a small investment in HCCA a while back and I learned to stay away from this dog. I have a thread which discusses Reverse Splits and I dropped a link to it here in hopes that it would at least give people a place to vent. We have already collected some good data pertaining to the warning signs of a reverse split. Hopefully before long we can publish a list of what we have learned. Bottom line is that reverse splits should be regulated so that shares issued are reduced exactly proportional to the split. S~
