It had nothing to do with my ego,
I probably misspoke, about Bork I guess, I thought they described him as head of the place. I apparently didn't convey the image of Newt entering the car properly either. It wasn't that he had too big an ego to get in the car, instead he carried his ego well, it was just that the car, and the office, and the way he had to be shown around instead of walking around like he owned the place, was the most telling scene of what a change he underwent in 6 months.
