I think they should have taken it further, given the kids guns with blanks, rigged themselves with squibs and if the kids "killed" them, they could do a cool bloody death scene. Then, they could see what the kids did and felt after that. Would they be horrified, or proud of having shot the bad guy? How would we WANT them to react and feel?
