It was at least 20 years ago but more likely the drive was around the Sooke/ Port Renfrew area...
just a brief excursion before we got on the ferry for Port Angeles. I believe that trip was Vancouver/
Victoria/Port Angeles. Huge ferry from Vancouver to Victoria... looked like people maybe commuting
to and from work, even. A rather novel trip for us being originally from the Midwest.
