Hi Sugar,

The patio homes that I referred to have a courtyard enclosed by a 5' high block wall. They are zero lot line homes with a firewall seperating them, and come in clusters of as many as 4 units. We have completed 35 units, and they are selling well at 92,500. We have 42 more to build on this plot of land.

My partner died of cancer on April 15, at 58 years old. He was a heavy smoker and tried quitting, but couldn't. I have had more work to do, so I haven't had much time to post to SI for a while.

I miss Galt also, but Father Terrence has been doing a fine job carrying the torch. I hope that you won't stay away too long next time. SI needs some stimulation, and you have proven in the past that you can provide it.
