I did some searching for a solution to your problem and did find some shareware and freeware programs that work with IE in doing what you want....if the email you're trying to retrieve is web based. Since you are familiar with Netscape, you might try Mozilla as a browser alternative. I've been using it for a while and it's now my browser of choice. It has the capability you are looking for.
