when i saw that (the lawsuit) this morning, i thought they were complete morons for the TSCM part of it; greenberg has long stated that he doesn't trade, implied he's not good at it, etc. - he just reports on the 'fundamentals'. the replies to your message were funny, however. (never long/short AREM, nor will i be; it's way too crowded for me in that stock).
