... do any of us really want to take the time or expend the energy necessary to adopt a different OS? ... I read some time ago where a product must be perceived to be about ten times better or people won't be motivated enough to change. I cannot imagine the resources required to create an operating system twice as good as Windows, let alone ten times better. My Microsoft investment is safe. Cheers, PW. P.S. I wrote a spreadsheet from scratch (for my own use) some years ago. Having done this, I have a tremendous respect for the creators of Excel. Nothing like walking is someone's shoes for a distance to appreciate the challenges they've overcome. I don't criticize Microsoft's products because I know what I can create cannot even come close to what they do, let alone surpass them. I wish those who claim Microsoft products are inferior would try creating something better. P.P.S. Is Iceland dark around the clock this time of year?
