What's the current minimum balance to avoid fees? I vaguely recall hearing that it's now $2k. Is this current, and does this mean that you can't fall below $2k in a month, or that you must end each month with at least that much? And what are the fees if you do?

As is too often true, customer service seems inconsistent on this.
