The way I understand it, ICING stores are owned by CLE. I know they bought some in the Dallas area, anyway.

I'm not as convinced as you that CLE has either saturated the market, or that they have any real competition. Sure you can buy jewelry of this kind other places, but not all in one place that has the character and name that of Claires.
