Hi Andy:

My question is, how do you feel about LEAPS vs. shorter term options.

Short and long term options are just tools in your tool box you use to accomplish an objective, bull or bear spreads, less costs, ownership, whatever.

My bias is toward the short term. Maybe it's due to day trading for over 6 years but I feel the shorter time your money is in play the less it's at risk. The other side of the coin is the more decisions you have to make. But that's ok with me because I'm free to change with the market.
