Why is Bush stretching 600 bill over TEN YEARS?
The economy needs the help NOW, not ten years from now. (hopefully) Of coruse some experts predict that Bush policies will give us a ten TRILLION dollar decifit by 2010 so maybe we will need the help then. Kerry's IMMEDIATE 300 billion plan for the working-class consumers and small business makes a lot more common sense. I'm surprised Bush isn't copying it.
