Robert G K6 is AMD's hope. You are right about compaq but what even more encouraging is HP. Their pr keep saying that intel is the only chip for them and yet at the same time they are testing K6 with their systems. I am not suggesting that you should buy or sell amd but if you decide to invest you might want to try call spreads. That strategy served me whell for volotile stocks.
