Please - Iraq will definately not be allowed to resume full production sales especially with their recent ploy, and don't forget all of the big money the multi nationals paid for the gulf lease sites.(they are definately going to drill after laying down very sizeable cash outlays) Most have already established increases in their yearly budgets. Long term contracts have been signed. Before you post another dumb statement like the one you did, At least have the facts to support you statements.
