The SmearVets will end up hurting Bush not Kerry.
Just wait. Also, they will end up hurting America.

The real issue now is, why did Bush smear McCain in 2000 and Kerry in 2004 in similar ways? The connections are now clear between Bush and the SmearVets, starrting with Karl Rove. The more people look at the facts the more they will realize Bush is an AWOL coward using surrogates to smear war heros he runs against. That will not stand. And not a single SmearVet claim is true. These kind of smear campaigns only work in the very short term. The media now realizes that the SmearVets are all liars. They will therefore now go after Bush and we will find out a lot more about Bush's smears against McCain in 2000. Really ugly stuff that allowed Bush to swipe the nomination.
