I finally got some outside information about GIFS. I wanted to ensure BDO was engaged in the audit of the CRIC
assets and discovered, Through the BDO Homepage , that they were indeed engaged
and the work was being performed in Mexico.

I'm sorry this took so long, but I was able to get your answer. BDO
Mexico does, in fact, have Genesis International Financial Services'
CRIC Assets as a client. Apparently the delay in getting the
information was that it's a client in Mexico and it required a telephone
call to get the information. I hope this helps. Thanks for thinking of
BDO.
