Joe, sounds good...no flame taken... After hearing that PW is involved with the financial audit, I have been more focused on trying to understand the $50 Million question. In your other post to Mr. Jens, you point out that the infusion looks bad, as their own accountants worry about the health of ESVS. The question is who or what entity would buy the $50 Million in Convertible Preferreds.....and I know I wouldn't try something I had no ability to deliver and then put out a PR to draw attention to it....unless someone came to me with funding lined up already. I can't wait to understand the details.
