Across the harbor from me a couple of people bought the whole strip of maybe 20 homes on leveraged equity..though the weekend rentals have been good the girl I know that manages them say the owners are hurting and even though for sale signs are up on those homes very few are looking.
The only ones that are buying are those that came from bubble states and comparing apples to lemons..and in their minds value them the same.
