I'm not talking about going from poor to wealthy, but from poor to wealthier. Wealthier could include still being poor.

In my example everyone gained wealth (or actually income), but no one went from poor to wealthy. The poorest person in year 10 is poorer then the poorest in year 1, but they are different people. "Jose" is better off than he was in year 1, but the stats show the poorest as getting poorer, because he wasn't in the set being considered in year 1 (because then he was in Mexico)
