4.75% sounds approximately right, it all still depends on fees and such. I don't know a site though and I doubt you'll find one that is very accurate. Mortgage providers are still there to make a buck, so quotes are subject to fees, bait-and-switch, etc.

I got offered a choice between ~4.875% with fees or 5.375% with no fees/no closing costs. Decided to go with the latter. Things fluctuate day by day though.
