I would suggest that you go to sec.gov and hit "Investor Assistance and Complaints" and go from there. You wonder why they don't watch these things? They will respond there is just to much to watch. However, once the activity is brought to their attention, and the argument is made logically and without invective, they generally will look into it. Satisfaction not guaranteed, but as one who is fighting the battle with regard to another bb, sometimes it is necessary to scare the merde out of the MM to get a market with an even playing field.
