Does anyone know who has been capping this stock at 7 and why? It seems to me that with all the good news this stock should be creeping up. Who ever it is seems to have a lot of shares. Maybe Bellcore? If anyone knows please post and I whould like to know how you find out. I am new at the investment world so I don't know the ropes yet. I have been investing in this stock for last three months and keeping an eye on Ultralife, Lithium Technology, Battery Engineering, and Polystor. David
