If the 'Lawyer' in charge of Tm. over at Ford, who makes over $600,000 a year protecting everything and never even has to go into the office said " don't worry, we own the name Mustang", but then... out of the blue, some Chinese company comes out with a 'Mustang' car, what do you think would happen.
Joe made a lot of bad decisions (Sony,Nook, etc.), this product, when it first came out was a mind blower, stoned or straight, no one even imagined anything could do that to a piece of glass, fuc&in amazing, I even took my kids to Disney to see the 'world of the future" with an SPD window in the kitchen ( in the 90's ?) Joe turned down every opportunity to use government money cuz he knew better, keep control, I'll get paid more if i'm in control he thought.
Bob is probably crying right now over his decisions.
SPD went from a world changing zillion dollar wow to $1.98 SP in a jungle of varieties and knock-offs.
What a shame, but hey, you never know.
