Dave you forgot to mention that another $100,000 of the charge is to be taken in 2nd qtr?? Seems that way to me. How bout buying a couple hundred thousand shares of BIPL here if its such a good investment. A great investment is one that appreciates. I know you are a long term investor but this is silly holding a stock that is down 36% in last 12 months with at least 2 more qtrs or restructuring then ?? I know the fundos look good but Biotechs are either great or dead $$ This one could be dead for another 3 yrs. just don't want to mislead anyone here. Take a look at SPNSF (cheap stock with slam dunk "98" and "99" eps in a hot sector and a 1 yr double. I do not see a BIPL double til at least 2001. Your TSSW looks much better here hope they can come thru for you. Robert.
