I made a windfall capital gain profits last year that I didn't expect. Most of it was in DWAC on the day it shot up HUGELY. I had intended to hold it long term, but those kinds of gains only come a few times in a lifetime of investing, so I took it.

Of course I had to share my profits with both the federal and California commies - even though the money had already been taxed more than once, and I was putting it at risk.
