Dear Pat: I forgot to mention also RED CURRANT JELLY on that marination for the lamb, as well as the red wine, bay leaves, peppercorns and olive oil.
When it comes to steak and beef we just use that stuff Costco sells, (forget what it is but basically salt and pepper with seasonings in it). For fish we use Lemon Salt again from Costco. My mother used to marinate stuff just with BLACK PEPPER and that was awfully good too. Now that the markets coming back, maybe I can have prime beef too. (gg) JDN
