Hi Chris, As you know I do make incremental buys and sells over time. Even though I have owned Vitesse Semiconductor's stock continuously since about '93, it's been in varying amounts over time.

Today I let 9% of my remaining shares go at $103-7/8. That brought my cash reserves back up to their "comfort zone." It was just a month ago that I was buying some extra shares at $41+. It's been an amazing month for VTSS!

Assuming that the stock is now a bit ahead of itself, chances are I'll get a chance later on to put the cash back to work. If it's not, I still have plenty of shares left to sell some time in the future. This incremental method isn't as tax efficient as Buy And Hold, nor is it as tax painful as trading 100% of one's position. It's somewhere in between.

I give all of the B&H investors credit for being able to stick it out with ever expanding $$$$ at risk. I keet a lid on my risk exposure as a method of being able to sleep at night!

Best regards, Tom
