There is no profit warning so far; it was speculation that since the stock is down without any news there may be a profit warning which is kind of idle speculation.
ASCEND management has so far been quite upbeat about their future and I do not see any seriou reason for the selloff as there was no serious reason for the pop a few days back.
The investors(traders) have made this a volatile stock.
Of course, seeinf the price down so much is disconcerting.
