My understanding is that Microcap was off-line for a period in late January or early February because they were installing a new system and/or migrating to a different ISP. As I recall, there was even an e-mail saying they were previously having problems with e-mail. Also they have been a bit short-handed because Bo has been spending a great deal of time in Charleston (hence mail directed to him might not be answered immediately). Although Spencer is undoubtedly up on things at GRNO, Bo actually handles the account.
