John or tech support staff, The price spike is still there on EPNY charts and has not been corrected yet. This is my third request for the symbol that IQCharts uses for the the US dollar index..........is there anyone at all available to reply or offer technical assistance to IQC members? This is pathetic, I can at least get replies to technical questions from some of the free charting services out there.IQC charges for their service(?) and then cannot even answer simple technical questions or fix common charting errors in anything resembling a timely manner. How do you expect to generate new subscribers when you treat your current long time subscribers so poorly? I'm left with the feeling that IQCharts does not care about its subscribers or what they think and I suspect I am not alone. Art
