if you don't get on your phone and make sure that your company knows that you know what they are doing, then you are going to suffer the same fate as MSFT has been suffering for four years now..... going on FIVE, earnings that can't keep up with Dilution........ get it done, or watch your company get destroyed..... marketwatch.com
