Hi Ojing, I'm sure many people already replied, just got back from short vacation. FYI I sold all my securities before leaving, this was my first real VACATION. I only read the WSJ 2x and never logged on the Net! (My friends wouldn't believe it). Usually, I leave my positions open if they're long-term with no threat of major news like earnings. Otherwise, like in these volatile times, I tend to keep touch with the market everyday in order to monitor any information of importance. Last year I was in Thailand with a lot of SNDK in portfolio, it was from end of June to July 25, what a great surprise when I came back! I got in at 11 and sold at 24 soon after my arrival! Later I got back in...and watched it go to 40 and drop to 30. Hope it helped you.
