hi lee, i'm not a mac user. isn't real audio just like real player? seems they would have an options menu of sorts with a preference feature where you could check out various compatibilities and settings. maybe something in there needs tweaking? and doesn't real audio have a 'contact us' link for tech support questions for help with installation? (just winging here...) otherwise, wish i had more for ya, but that's about it. oh yeah, are your speakers working? <gg> :) mark
