Well you are right, this level of information should not be the Captain's hands, but it is. Like the Captain has posted, he does not trade this stock. As a matter of fact, he isn't able to because of the amount of information he has come by. The Captain is not worried about the SEC because of the simple reason that he bought the stock long ago and is now stuck holding it. The Captain feels it right for him to post this information for everyone's eye. In light of all of the recent events, this information is even more so necessary for all SEXi investors. The Captain did not know of the increase in shares until Wednesday, this is the truth. It is also true that the Captain is very disappointed in the company and the recent events. He feels much of this information should have been disclosed long ago. Unfortunately it wasn't and we are now having to deal with the present circumstances. The Captain has never advized anyone to buy this stock, nor has he sought to promote the stock. He simple speaks what he knows, and much of it is true. Although, as is apparent in the Captain's other posts, recent events have even made him question the validity his information. Best regards.
