Sorry, this thread has in its charter that on topic conversation is not allowed. Unless, of course, the death penalty is related to one of the perpetrators who might also post on SI. Now that'd be an interesting TOU violation. Do our resident legal eagles have an opinion? What if someone who cut a phone line also posts on SI?

Can you use lawful prosecution (as in a death penalty offense) as a threat? Hmmm. Let's go to the specifications.
