There are three branches of government at the federal level - the legislative branch (Congress), the judicial branch (the courts including the Supreme Court) and the executive branch. The president is the head of the executive branch. He, and his cabinet, get to decide how much money that Congress approved will be spent on each program or agency. The President gets to administer the allocated funds.
The mainstream media has been lying to you about Trump "violating the law". He is NOT, he has these powers UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. The various federal judges that are trying to restrain him are the ones acting out of their authority - they do not have this authority under the constitution. That is why the coalition of various state attorneys general have LOST in federal court to stop Trump, and that is why the federal courts are overturning attempts to stop Trump from auditing the books and firing employees. The courts do not have jurisdiction to stop Trump from fulfilling his constitutional duties.
The whole Musk thing is total BS. Although he is directing the DOGE boys, he is acting under the authority of the president, who DOES have the authority to audit these agencies. It is these various agencies of the federal government that are violating their fiduciary duty to properly spend the money that Congress has allocated to them. Fraud is NOT legal under US law!!! These various agencies are acting illegally NOT Trump.
The American people voted overwhelmingly for Trump (in spite of Democrat election cheating), and one of his promises was to "drain the swamp" by eliminating fraud and waste. As proof of this, Trump's, approval rating by the American people is going up as this fraud is exposed and cut from the budget. Trump's fiduciary duty is to the Constitution and to the American people - NOT the bureaucrats in Washington. It is high time that the American people had a president who respected their wishes.
With the Senate confirming Bondi as Attorney General and next up the confirmation of Kash Patel as head of the FBI, we are going to see arrests and trials of various bureaucrats for fraud and corruption. You will hear the mainstream media screaming, but fraud has never been legal and it is only proper that it gets prosecuted and the fraudsters thrown in jail. Don't believe the lying MSM propaganda machine, because they have been feeding off the government money machine as DOGE has discovered.
