Ah, I've probably heard of him via some quote from CNBC in the glorious bubble years.

I think the House of Commons lost that certain edge when members were no longer allowed to go armed... even duels got banned 200 years ago, although two post-Napoleonic greats managed to fight one nevertheless (Castlereagh and Canning, from memory) - I think one of them shot a button off the other's waistcoat. <g>
