June 23: NMRO buys Datamed from GLOB for 1.2 mil & expenses.
July 8: SAU buys Datamed from NMRO for 1.6, even before the original GLOB->NMRO transaction has been approved by shareholders.

Also, I have no idea what they mean by "Letter of Agreement to acquire approximately $8 million in revenues..." Where do they come up with this 8 million figure? If Datamed was worth that much in revenues, then why is GLOB selling them for 1.2 million to save expenses?

Maybe this deal makes sense, but you wouldn't learn how from reading this press release.
