Steve, we have been using Quicken since it came out and it is a wonderful product. It was my opinion that these folks were going to own their market without much competition, but along comes microsoft.

I was so close to buying Intuit stock last summer and took a look at their financials, flipped a coin and didn't. If I recall correctly they have never generated a profit. This bothered me, but understand they need to bring their product technically forward to keep the competition at bay.

The problem with these companies that come up with great products and then have microsoft decide to compete with them is no one has deep enough pockets to sustain a long competitive battle.

Only time will tell what happens here.
