Today's candle is a "Spinning Top" and usually has no strong meaning in candlesticks;however,coming on the heels of the bearish engulfing signal of yesterday,it denotes a marked change in market sentiment.

Rather than the sharp drop that particular pattern has forecasted in WIND's fortunes in the past,the price held and even eked out a small gain,albeit on very light volume.

I believe we'll see another run at the $44 resistance level from here,and (if Ramsey continues with leading questions)we will break through on this run.
