Hello Joe,
Yes, you are right, I'm impressed, Stephen Joffe was the founder of Surgical Laser Tech Inc (SLTI) back in the eighties. He left under favorable conditions to found Laser Centers of America. As far as John Gutfreund, as you know he was the former CEO of Solomon Smith Barney who had an extensive background in public company offerings. If memory serves me correctly, Mr. Gutfreund was recommended by a friend of Dr. Joffe.
