The company is written up quite a bit in Arizona newspapers. I met with the company and was quite impressed. What I like about this business is the high margins. The acquisitions that they made have a 22% profit margin. This gives the company .40 cents in earnings from what the companies (new acquisitions) did last year. That is without Deerbrooks revenues. My own due-diligence has made me confident these companies have grown 15-20% per year. If the company has .30$ per share fully dilutive with a 30 p/e, that is a $9 stock.

The management is sharp. Peter Lynch theory is KISS, keep it simple. I visit the company and they are always producing with their machines and presses.

This is also without artup.com. Did you know the same development people who did skymall.com are doing artup.com?
