Voice Mobility appoints Robert Neal as Aliant's representative onBoard of Directors
VANCOUVER, Oct. 4 /PRNewswire/ - Voice Mobility International, Inc., (OTCBB: VMII and FWB: VMY), the developer of the Unified Communications(TM) software suite, today announced the appointment of Robert Neal to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Neal is the President of Innovatia, Aliant Inc.'s e-business incubation company that designs, develops and sells Internet-based applications for service providers worldwide. Mr. Neal will replace Colin Corey as the nominee from Aliant, one of VMII's early investors and its largest Canadian customer.

A native of Saint John, New Brunswick, Mr. Neal began his career in the communications industry in 1979 at NBTel. In 1992, he became General Manager of NBTel Mobility where he helped increase its cellular and paging customer base six-fold. He became President of Datacor (Atlantic) Inc. in 1996 and was appointed President of NBTel interActive the next year. In 1998, Mr. Neal became Vice President of Business Development, focusing on the company's export agenda. In addition to his current responsibilities as President of Innovatia, he also serves as a Director of iMagicTV and Chairman of Prexar, Aliant's U.S. Internet company, headquartered in Maine.
